Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Due to the pandemic, lack of stock, customs inspection, extreme weather, etc., there may be a delivery delay.
As our products are shipped internationally, delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Europe: 6-15 business days
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-15 business days
- East-Asia (China, Japan, South Korea...): 5-15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-60 business days (heavily depending on the region)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, local postal service delays, or other factors outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to become active.
For deliveries outside the European Union (including Switzerland and Liechtenstein), additional customs fees, import duties or local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product price or shipping cost.
We offer free worldwide shipping except for certain regions.
